Weāre here to help resolve any issues! If your furniture arrives damaged or has a defect, weāll investigate the cause:
- For Shipping Damage: If youāre able to, please refuse the delivery. If itās already in your hands, take clear, multiple-angle photos of the damage and packaging. Weāll take care of the rest, working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and keeping you informed.
- For Manufacturing Defects: If thereās a fault with the product, simply send us a clear photo or video, and weāll promptly resolve the issue with no unnecessary delays.
Our Full Return Policy
Changed your mind? No worries! You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. All items can be returned for a full refund with original packaging within 14 days.
For online return, shipping fees are as follows:
- Small Items (e.g., dining chairs, stools): $79
- Medium Items (e.g., dining tables, desks): $99
- Large Items (e.g., beds, sofas): $109
Weāll provide you with a prepaid return label to make the return process easy. Once we receive the item, weāll issue your refund, deducting the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. If youāve opened the box but havenāt used the item, you may still qualify for a partial refund, though a 20% restocking fee will apply.
