We understand that flexibility matters. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items.
How to Return an Item
Changed your mind? No problem! If you feel the item isn’t what you were expecting, the return shipping cost will be on you. Simply reach out to us at info@placidadecor.com, and we’ll assist you in returning the item smoothly.
If There’s a Problem with Your Product
We’re here to help resolve any issues! If your furniture arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll investigate the cause:
- For Shipping Damage: If you’re able to, please refuse the delivery. If it’s already in your hands, take clear, multiple-angle photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll take care of the rest, working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and keeping you informed.
- For Manufacturing Defects: If there’s a fault with the product, simply send us a clear photo or video, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue with no unnecessary delays.
Our Full Return Policy
Changed your mind? No worries! You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping fees are as follows:
- Small Items (e.g., dining chairs, stools): $79
- Medium Items (e.g., dining tables, desks): $99
- Large Items (e.g., beds, sofas): $109
We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to make the return process easy. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund, deducting the return shipping cost.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. If you’ve opened the box but haven’t used the item, you may still qualify for a partial refund, though a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the status of your refund. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund right away, and the funds should appear in your account within a few business days.
Exchanges
